The Tormas of wrathful deities are usually red with sculpted triangular flame designs at their tops. Yellow, white, red and black tormas may also be molded to correspond to the four activities aif tantra. tormas may also be used as objects of transference or exorcism, when diseases or negativities are absorbed into the torma before it casts away.

sanskrtit bali; tib. gtor-ma, the tibetan torma is a symbolic ritual offering made from dough, which is decorated with colored motifs made from sculpted butter. The deity torma represents the symbolic form, mandala, or taste of a particular deity.
